• By using LA Guns & Range facilities, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You assume all risks associated with firearms use, including negligence by yourself or others, equipment failure, and environmental hazards.

  • You waive all claims against LA Guns & Range, its owners, employees, instructors, vendors, and affiliates for any injury, death, or property loss.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold LA Guns & Range harmless from any claims arising from your actions or the actions of minors/guests under your supervision.

  • You are financially responsible for any damage you cause to equipment, facilities, or property.

  • You understand this waiver is binding, voluntary, and grants up substantial legal rights in exchange for access to the facility.

• All guests must complete and sign a Liability Waiver and Acknowledgment of Range Rules before entering any live-fire range, participating in training, or using equipment.

• Waivers are valid for one (1) year.

• All participants must watch the required safety video and comply with all posted and verbal rules.

• Only newly manufactured commercial ammunition may be used unless reloads are inspected and approved.

• Ages 6 and under: Not permitted to participate in any live-fire shooting activities.

• Ages 7–11: May shoot only under direct, constant supervision of a parent/legal guardian.

• Ages 12–17: May shoot or attend training only with a Responsible Adult (21+) named on the waiver and physically present at all times.

• Ages 18–20: Must sign their own waiver; may not rent firearms or shoot alone without a Responsible Adult.

• Responsible Adults (21+): Accept full responsibility for minors’ actions, safety, and compliance.

• Minors may never be left unattended on the range.

• You are familiar with safe firearm handling.

• You will inspect firearms and equipment before use and report issues.

• You understand risks including negligence, mechanical failure, and environmental hazards.

• You accept responsibility for any first aid provided and release staff from liability.

• You are not a prohibited person under federal/state law.

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful.

• Always keep firearms pointed in a safe direction.

• Treat every firearm as if loaded.

• Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.

• Know your target and what is beyond it.

The following are not allowed:

• Tracer, incendiary, or explosive rounds

• Armor-piercing or steel-core ammunition

• Green tip (penetrator) or magnetic ammunition

• Novelty or unapproved reloads

• Rocket launchers (yes — Jeff’s wording was real)

No firearm use, handling, or possession is permitted under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing medication.

• By entering the facility, you consent to being photographed or recorded for safety or promotional purposes.

• To opt out, notify staff in writing at check-in.

• LA Guns & Range is not responsible for media recorded by other guests.

• LA Guns & Range is not responsible for personal loss, theft, or property damage on or off premises.

You agree to:

• Follow all posted and verbal rules

• Maintain full responsibility for your conduct

• Be liable for any injury or damage you cause

• Monitor your guests and supervised minors

You certify:

• You are mentally and physically fit to use firearms.

• You are not experiencing distress, suicidal ideation, or psychological conditions that would impact safety.

• You will notify staff if your condition changes.

• You understand the definition of a Prohibited Person.

• You affirm that you are legally allowed to possess and use firearms.
